Parents dates of birth and National Insurance numbers are required for the nursery to access your child's funding claim.
A copy of the Nursery's GDPR policy will be emailed to you once the form has been submitted. After submitting your registration details, please check your junk/spam folders. Sometimes, emails from our nursery may be filtered into these folders.
